CJM’s commercial real estate portfolio includes development and management of shopping centers and office buildings in the state. Through a separate consulting division, the 45 year old family owned company provides real estate consulting and management services to financial institutions and investors with a focus on distressed assets.
CHALLENGE
Create a basic communications suite representing the company’s diverse capabilities with particular emphasis on supporting high occupancy rates at CJM’s portfolio of garden apartment communities.

Creative Marketing Alliance developed a new company logo which projected both a corporate and, through use of a serif typeface, a humanistic personality as well as creating a corporate identity color palette carried through all CJM communications.

The company’s website, www.cjmgmt.com, was primarily designed to provide prospective residential tenants with an informative and visual overview of CJM’s garden apartment properties. CJM’s commercial office and retail properties, as well as links to the company’s real estate consulting and single-family residential development websites, formed a secondary focus of the site’s design, providing a comprehensive and centralized, interactive portrait of the company and its business divisions as a whole.
The website offered detailed and clickable information about CJM’s individual garden apartment communities for quick and, from the client’s perspective, easily updatable online reference including available units, rents, floor plans, property photos, apartment amenities, location maps, prospective tenant promotions, rental management contacts and property services.
Apartment Community Brochures/Sell Sheets
Individual CJM garden apartment property brochures were developed as take-away communications at the point of sale in response to prospective tenant inquiries onsite at the property manager’s office. Each colorful and attractive brochure sold the individual property as a lifestyle of quality and convenience and contained an interior pocket for floor plans and rental information. The brochures were color-coded to individualize each property while still projecting a common corporate identity.

Particularly through the website, CJM is positioned as a multi-faceted residential and commercial real estate organization to a wide range of clients from renters to financial institutions and investors. The company is presented to each target audience as a reliable, growing and trusted real estate partner focused on meeting needs and optimizing business relationships for mutual benefit.
